• Potential overlooking from the proposed rear terrace onto the neighboring property at No. 1 Lissoy has been successfully addressed through the introduction of a 1.8-meter-high timber trellis screen and planting as part of the appeal submission.
• The demolition of non-original rear outbuildings and the minor nature of internal interventions will not detrimentally impact the integrity or special character of the Protected Structure.
