The development will consist of: (i) the removal of existing single storey side and rear pitched roof extensions; (ii) the removal of a single storey garden shed; (iii) the construction of a new side two storey pitched roof extension to match existing front elevation; (iv) the construction of a new single and two storey flat and sedum roof rear extension; (v) the construction of a new single storey garden room and shed; (vi) landscaping and all associated works to facilitate the development.
