The development will consist of: 1) the change of use of the warehouse/storage space within the existing building to data storage use; 2)the construction of a 980 sq. m. extension on the western elevation of the existing building for data storage use; 3) the installation of 16 no. condenser units and 2 no. air handling units on the roof of the extension; 4) the installation of 2 no. generator units in the north west corner of the site; 48 no. dry air cooler units on a steel frame with 4 no. transformer units beneath on the northern side of the building and: 5)the installation of a sliding gate and raising arm barrier gate across the internal access road within the site.
