(a) construction of one detached single storey dwelling, entrance gates and ranch style timber post & rail fence, (b) installation of new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to EN.12566-3 P.I.A. Approved, with associated surface water drainage and connection to mains water supply, (c) gravel driveway c/w concrete kerbs, (d) short term retention of mobile home unit to facilitate the construction lead time of the proposed dwelling including immediate connection of mobile home to WWTS upon certified installation of WWT, and (e) final removal of mobile home from site when dwelling construction has been completed all within the curtilage of my own land
