The development will consist of: 1.Demolition of the existing front porch, garage, single storey rear extension and block boiler outhouse. 2.Construction of a new entrance porch in the ground floor. 3.Construction of a two-storey side and rear extension to consist of a study, toilet, utility room and kitchen in the ground floor with two bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite in the first floor, with a gable ended roof finish above. 4.Construction of a single storey flat roof rear extension to consist of lounge. 5.Conversion of the existing and proposed Attic space to consist of a new home office, store room and WC. 6. Increased widening of the existing vehicular access exiting on to Celtic Park Ave, Dublin 9. 7. Renovation of the existing garden room ancillary to the main dwelling for multi-purpose use including (playroom, gym, home office) by the family and its occupants. 8. Proposed relocation of the existing side garden gate. 9. General remodel and upgrade of the main dwelling at both ground and first floor to suit the proposed layouts. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented
