Permission for retention of alterations to dwelling, from plans approved under planning register number 04/668 (The alterations include (1) alterations to roof to include gable ends instead of hip roof, (2) Change of sun room to all windows instead of blockwork between windows, (3) The omission of the veranda to the rear of the house and the construction of a balcony, (4) elevation changes to include the change of size and position of same windows and the inclusion of a door at first floor to the balcony and (5) conversion of the attic to two non-habitable room and a W.C. and permission for retention of entrance walls as constructed and all associated site works
