Planning permission is sought for the following, (1) Minor amendments to house typologies previously permitted under planning ref: 16/37010. The amendments will include minor internal layout alterations and elevational modifications including adjustments to ridge heights, removal of dormer windows, removal of chimneys and provision of rooflights.
