The development consists of the demolition of existing porch and the construction of a new, full width, pitched roof extension to the front of the existing dwelling at ground floor level to allow for new porch, living space WC & Utility. Removal of existing chimney stack. Also included new window to the side elevation at ground floor level and a new vehicular access from Castletimon Drive. The development is to include internal alterations, landscaping, boundary wall upgrades and all ancillary site works and drainage.
