PROTECTED STRUCTURE:PERMISSION & RETENTION: Planning permission is sought for the construction of a new extension to the rear of the existing building at basement level (25 square metres) and at ground floor level (30 square metres), for the refurbishment of the existing building at basement level including new door opening bewteen the existing building and proposed extension, the removal and relocation of non-original window, the removal and replacement of non-original doors at ground floor level and all associated site development works. Retention Planning Permission is sought for the existing steel framing and associated works to rear garden.
