Permission for retention to changes to development permitted under Planning Ref. 13/05754 at Douglas Nursing Home, Moneygourney, Cork. Changes include (1) Increase in floor area (15.25sqm), (2) Increase in number of bedrooms from 57 to 58, (3) Revised elevations including windows, doors, building heights and roof style, (4) Roof mounted solar panels (24 sqm), (5) Changes to window and door fenestration, (6) Revised car park layout, (7) New pedestrian site entrance, (8) An enlarged refuse and fuel store and (9) Concrete retaining wall. Permission for retention is also sought for (1) 2 no. sheds (32.5sqm), (2) Smoking shelter (5sqm) and (3) Gas tank and enclosure. All of these works relate to works as constructed.
