the retention application consists of blocking up the original vehicular entrance, constructing a new boundary wall and railings, creating a new driveway entrance with access from Ballybin Road, building new piers and entrance gates all to the front of the dwelling. The application for Planning Permission will consist of building new piers, walls and railings on the east side of the new driveway access along Ballybin Road and all associated site and drainage works.
