Development consisting of (a) The infilling of a quarry void for the purposes of re-instatement to agricultural land using excavated waste soils, stone and concrete rubble fill (b) Construction of (i) hardstand area/offload area (ii) Weighbridge (iii) Wheelwash (iv) Portable modular office building & chemical portable toilet unit (v) car parking (c) And all associated site works. The proposed maximum annual intake volume will be 22,000 tonnes with the lifetime proposed volume 100,000 tonnes. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and accompanies this planning application.
