The development consists of the demolition of a single storey extension to side and rear, the erection to the side of a two storey extension consisting of a bedroom, over relocated entrance, utility and WC, the erection to the side and rear of a single storey extension consisting of a living room, replacement of the existing door with a matching window, addition of a rooflight at roof level to the front, addition of a high level window to the side at first floor level and all associated site works.
