Permission to (1) Demolish existing ancillary storage sheds/outbuildings adjacent to the existing dwelling on site; (2) Demolish existing single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house; (3) Construct new split-level extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house; (4) Decommission the existing septic tank and install new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter to serve the dwelling; and (5) All associated ancillary site works at the site.
