Permission is sought for (1) Site preparation works and landscaping of open grassed areas, (2) Construction of an access road to extend current site hardstanding areas to the substation location, including drainage, (3) Construction of an ESB medium voltage substation to include an adjacent customer switchroom on a concrete foundation, (4) Construction of a concrete foundation for installation of a transformer adjacent to the customer switchroom, with a palisade fence perimeter and gate, (5)Installation of a transformer on the above foundation and connection of it to the electricity supply from the switchroom, (6) Construction of underground ducting between the transformer and the existing pump station building, (7) Underground ducting and connection of substation to the existing buried ESB medium voltage electrical supply on site.
