Planning permission for the development will consist of: The extension and change of use of a commercial ground floor launderette and separate first floor offices over same to a doctor's medical practice which will include the following:- • demolition of an existing external commercial store (originally a tyre repair depot) and part demolition of a ground floor launderette • alterations to the existing commercial shop front • a new stairs extension • a new external plant room • a new external domestic refuse store • external car parking to cater for eight car parking spaces, two of which have an e charging facility and one of which is a disabled car parking space, pavement bollards, landscaping and all associated site development works.
