Planning permission is sought for the following development: (i) The construction, to the rear and side of a small extension to ground and first floor (13 sqm) and a shed (12 sqm) for bicycles and bins; the removal of chimney stack and revisions to existing roof pitch; new canopy at front entrance, changes to the fenestration to the front, rear and side, including obscure glazing to stairwell and additional and redesigned windows on the ground and first floor; (ii) Change of use, and internal redesign, of eight bedroom bed and breakfast establishment to a home care community care facility and which includes consulting rooms, training rooms, a meeting room and offices; (iii) The creation of private open space and four car parking spaces. The proposed development also includes all associated site development works including signage, a side boundary wall to the front and drainage.
