Development consisting of the construction of a 1722 sqm single storey extension to its existing factory premises to comprise the following: (a) re-location of existing storage area to the rear (south west) of the proposed extension which will also facilitate an increase in production floor space (b) the construction of a 278 sqm single storey enclosed service link corridor lean-to structure built along the north west elevation of the main building connecting the extension with the existing production spaces (c) 43 sqm extension to existing free standing ESB MV sub/switchroom block (d) extension to the rear (south west) concrete hardstanding, relocation of rear entrance and the provision of additional car parking and associated site services
