Permission is sought for development consisting of demolition of existing flat roof building to side (14.6m.sq floor area), removal of section of existing external wall and access ramp to front elevation, construction of new flat roof surgery and ancillary areas extension to side (28.8m.sq. floor area) and new reception and waiting area flat roof extension to front (26.8m.sq. floor area) providing total new ground floor area of 154m.sq. The development also includes front elevational changes with new disabled access ramp, window and door replacement and internal alterations. New signage to include internal window display signage, 1 no. front elevation wall sign with acrylic lettering and corporate logo disc, 1 no. new free-standing sign at front boundary wall consisting of stainless steel pole with 500mm diameter acrylic disc with corporate logo to both faces.
