construct a first floor extension to bungalow over the central section of house when viewed from the public road. The existing ground floor area is 216.01 sqm and this will remain unchanged while the new first floor extension will add 74.88sqm. Alterations to ground floor layout will include the changing of a bedroom into a utility room and the repurposing of a second bedroom to a stairwell. The proposed two new bedrooms will compensate for the loss of the ground floor bedrooms resulting in no additional loading to the approved septic tank system.
