Permission is sought for alterations to existing structure and change of use from previously proposed library to proposed Community Centre use. The subject building is a protected structure. The works include the formation of 02 new internal door opes in the existing structure and the fit out of the existing shell and core space. Externally, the northern façade is proposed to be modified to provide a new external door in place of an existing window, a canopy is proposed to the north elevation, a new gazebo type structure on the rear yard area and all associated site works.
