The development will consist of 1. Demolition of the existing back garden shed. 2. Renovation and upgrade of the existing single storey rear kitchen extension including removal of the existing flat roof to be replaced with a new raised flat roof incorporating 2no. sky light windows. 3. Renovation and upgrade of the existing single storey detached studio located to the side garden, including a change of use to a bedroom, wc and home office. 4. Construction of a new single storey utility / store room which is to be linked and to the ground floor bedroom via a tiled roof connection. 5. Construction of a new single storey front entrance porch with a flat roof finish. 6. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
