Permission for revisions to a previously permitted three storey apartment development (Planning ref: ABP-303461-19 (Cork County Council Ref: 17/7157) at Rose Lawn, Spur Hill, Doughcloyne, Cork. The revisions proposed will consist of the following development: (I) Provision of 4 no. one-bed apartments in lieu of 2 no. previously permitted two-bed apartments at ground floor to increase the total number of apartments within the building from 5 no. to 7 no. units. (II) Minor extensions to ground floor area (8.2 sqm. and 2.8 sqm.) on the southern side of the permitted apartment building; (III) Associated modifications to the number and position of ground floor windows (IV) Addition of a raised private terrace to one of the proposed new ground floor units (V) Revised internal layout to permitted first and second floor units and modifications to the windows of same to accommodate the revisions. (VI) Alterations to the size and shape of the first and second floor balconies on the south west corner of the building with revised windows and doors to suit same.
