Planning permission for the following works: Demolition of the existing kitchen and bathroom return structure to the rear at ground and first floor levels. Removal of the existing outer aluminium hall door. Construction of a new one and two storey extension to the rear, containing a kitchen/dining at ground floor and a bathroom at first floor. Installation of new timber sliding sash windows in the existing openings front and rear. Installation of rooflights in the proposed extensions, related internal and external alterations.
