Permission for proposed development of an Agri-Tourism facility comprising of a change of use of part of an existing Agricultural Barn building to a new commercial use involving renovations to allow for a new reception area, domestic kitchen, indoor dining and seating area, toilets, bins & bike storage and new separate outdoor dining area with a new canvas roof covering, construction of 5 no. timber log cabins each with an outdoor hot tub set in a wooded area and new separate utility building, installation of a waste water treatment plant and percolation area, new car park, signage, outdoor lighting and all associated site development works
