Permission for Retention to retain dwelling as constructed within revised site boundaries and Permission to:- (a) demolish existing single storey annex, along with open shed to rear of dwelling, (b) renovate existing dwelling, allowing for elevational changes, (c) construct a single storey extension to the rear of dwelling, (d) decommission existing septic tank and install a mechanical aeration unit and soil polishing filter, (e) creation of new vehicular entrance and drive.
