(i) permission for retention of building permitted under Planning Ref. No. 00/2039 which comprised of a retail unit on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor, (ii) permission for change of use to one three-bed apartment and one two-bed apartment on both the ground and first floors, (iii) permission to convert the second floor into one two-bed apartment and one one-bed apartment, (iv) permission to include an internal staircase, plant room and bin store in this building, (v) permission for alterations to the elevations. All apartments will be for long-term letting.
