Permission and Permission for Retention. The development consists of :- (1) Restoration of an existing two-storey detached derelict dwelling, including internal alterations, modifications to elevations, construction of a two-storey extension to the rear and retention of a partially completed first floor extension; (2) Change of use of an existing one-and-a-half storey detached agricultural building to residential accommodation, including internal alterations, modifications to elevations, and retention of existing roof finishes, cladding and raised ridge height; (3) Construction of a new single-storey detached garage; and (4) Decommissioning of an existing wastewater treatment unit and installation of a new wastewater treatment system, percolation area and bored well. All associated site development works.
