Permission to extinguish the current vehicular entrance and driveway to Dunedin Lodge from the shared entrance to the north with Bellagio and 4 Glenbrook Place from Lower Laurel Hill and amendment of the site boundary to the north shared with Bellagio, reopen the historic entrance on the western boundary of Dunedin Lodge to provide independent access to Dunedin Lodge from Upper Laurel Hill and the reconstruction of the historic driveway access route from Upper Laurel Hill to the dwelling and all associated site works.
