The application consists of the extension and refurbishment of an Existing Dwelling and Out Building to include: 1. Demolition of 29.8m2 of the existing 94.9m2 dwelling; 2. Conversion of 30.8m2 Out Building into dwelling use; 3. New Extension of 78.0m2; and associated External Works & Waste Water Management. The development also consist of extension to an existing shed to include 1. Demolition of 12.1m2 of the existing 25.6m2 shed; 2. Extension of 22.1m2 for storage use; 3. Provision of a deck at 1.95m above ground level.
