Permission for the construction of single storey extension to the front and side elevation of existing dwellinghouse, along with alterations to the existing dwellinghouse to include: changes to the internal layout and changes to the fenestration along the front elevation. Permission for the construction of an ancillary accommodation unit separate to the existing dwellinghouse, both the extension to existing dwelling and the ancillary accommodation are to be connected to existing wastewater treatment system, together with all other ancillary site works.
