1) Permission for Retention of the following: a) change of use from previously permitted motor repair garage (planning reference no. 90/753 - light industrial use) to a wholesale warehouse for the storage and distribution of tools (wholesale Warehouse/Repository), b) minor alterations to the southern and western elevations, c) extension to the rear of the existing warehouse, d) revised site boundaries, e) relocation of the vehicle entrance, including new piers, splayed boundary walls and entrance gates. 2) Planning permission for the following: a) the erection of a weld mesh fence along the eastern and northern boundaries, b) installation of a septic tank and percolation area.
