a) Permission for Retention and Completion of commercial development to the rear/eastern façade of existing facilities granted under Pl.Reg.No. 13/6318 and extended under Pl.Reg.No. 18/7271 with the following revisions:- i) Change of plan/material alterations including loading bays/canopy and dispatch office with an increase in floor area (357m2). ii) Parapet added all around and canopy to the southwest façade . iii) Elevational changes all around including retaining wall to the east façade. iv) Extension comprising of partially constructed Plant Room and Production Office (to Foundation Laid), to the southwest façade of the facility. b) Permission for the following commercial development:- i) Extension, material alterations and change of use (from existing warehouse) to new ground and first floor amenities block to the front of existing facility. ii) Removal of Lean to Building/Chill and Canopy along southwest façade. iii) Extension, material alterations and change of use (from existing warehouse) to New Blending Area with the addition mezzanine floors within Facility. iv) New Fire Water Pumphouse located alongside existing Water Storage Tank. v) New Wheel Wash located along the front/western boundary. vi) New Car Park/Lorry Parking area on existing hardstanding yard to the south of the Facility. vii) New Concrete Yard in front of Loading Bays to the south of the existing facility. viii) New Canopy to the southwest façade of the facility. ix) Elevational changes all around. x) All associated ancillary site works, landscaping and drainage services.
