Permission for the following works to existing dwelling:- (A) Demolition of existing glazed entrance porch/extension to west facing front elevation of dwelling and for construction of new entrance porch in-lieu of same. (B) For demolition of existing two storey extension to rear east facing elevation and for construction of two storey extension with raised roof height in-lieu of same. (C) For elevational changes and alterations to existing dwelling. (D) For Permission for retention of single storey extension as built to south facing side elevation of same and for all associated site works.
