Permission for the proposed development to an existing dilapidated dwelling house (change of plan from previously granted planning no. 11/4043). Works to consist of the following: 1) demolish the remains of existing dilapidated dwelling house, 2) construct new 2 storey dwelling house and garden shed, 3) install a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area, 4) create a new entrance from the shared access road and carry out associated site works
