Permission for an amendment to previously granted planning permission (planning reference no. 22/6627) consisting of a change to part of the permitted site layout as per the following: A) The omission of permitted semi-detached house type ‘C’, ‘Garnish’, and its replacement with semi-detached house type ‘G’, ‘Garnish #2’, house numbers 31, 32, 45, 46, 52, 53, 54, 55, 61 & 62 inclusive and B) to carry out all associated site development works.
