Permission for the following: 1) Change to site boundaries and revised location of a new waste water treatment system for existing dwelling house that was granted under Planning Ref. 25/04919. 2) Change of use of existing Smithy and Stables building to a new dwelling house. 3) Alterations, refurbishment, extension to the rear and new first floor level for the new dwelling house. 4) Demolition of lean-to shed, new boundary treatment, new waste water treatment unit, new potable well and all associated site works.
