Permission for proposed works to existing residential dwelling house. Proposed works to include: 1) Alterations and extensions to existing bungalow-style dwelling house, inclusive of alterations to the existing elevations and an increase of the roof ridge height, extensions to the rear with flat roof dormer-style construction and provision of rooflights, 2) Construction of new car-port to front of the site and new single-storey detached garden room to rear, 3) Relocation of existing vehicular site entrance to serve the site and associated alterations to front boundary wall, 4) All associated site development works including landscaping and drainage works.
