Permission for retention of changes to the site layout, dwelling and detached garage permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 23/5923. This Permission seeks to :- a) Retain amendments to the elevations, and floor plan layout of the dwelling and detached garage (as constructed), b) Retain amendments to hard landscaping (site wall, internal road layout) (as constructed) and c) Retain amendments to the entrance layout (as constructed), from those granted under application 23/5923.
