Permission for alterations & extensions to an existing dwelling. Scope of works as follows:- 1) A pitched roof extension to the front, a flat roof extension to the rear & a flat roof canopy to the rear, 2) New & modified external wall openings to all elevations, 3) New & modified rooflights in existing roofs, 4) New smooth render finish to existing front external walls, 5) Demolition of existing entrance hall & garage area to the front of the dwelling, 6) A new detached domestic use metal garage on site for the purpose of keeping a camper van, classic car & gardening machinery, 7) All other associated site works.
