Permission for Retention of the following works – differing from that granted previously under planning reference 07/12287. 1) Increased size of extension at both ground & first floor levels, 2) Modifications to extension external openings & external wall finishes, 3) The addition of a chimney in the granny flat area of the extension, 4) the addition of a rooflight in the original part of the dwelling & 5) all other associated site works. Retention for an on-site domestic use detached garage structure to the rear of the dwelling.
