The development will consist of planning permission to demolish existing dilapidated single-storey dwelling and construct a replacement single-storey split-level dwelling, removal of existing mobile home and adjacent sheds, alterations to existing site entrance to form vehicular access from public road, installation of new domestic wastewater treatment system and all associated site works.
