Permission for The conversion of existing outhouses and main hall adjoining Egmont House, a Protected Structure (Record of Protected Structure no. 01206) to 2 no. apartments for short term letting. Permission is sought for re-instatement of archways to existing elevations within the courtyard. Works will also include alterations to elevations, the replacement of the existing roofs, new rooflights, provision of additional floor space at mezzanine level within the existing buildings, construction of walls at ground and first floor level to enclose proposed apartments, internal alterations including provision of new staircase, other works including provision of carparking, resurfacing the courtyard, bin storage and all associated site works.
