Permission for Retention of the following: (a) As constructed new field access to the west of the site for ease of access for farm machinery to applicants’ field for the use of cutting hay for domestic use. (b) Works undertaken including widening of existing access to the east of the dwelling, gravel driveway leading to the rear of the property, including recontouring and change of site levels and repair and reconstruction of existing culvert. Permission to construct a new timber shed for domestic use for the storage of coal/timber blocks and the storage of tractor and all associated site works.
