Permission for construction of a 2-4 storey mixed-use building providing 3 no. office/commercial units with undercroft car park, bicycle parking and bin stores at ground floor level and 4 no. apartment (2 no. 3 bed and 2 no. 2 bed) units at upper floors and all ancillary site development works.
