Permission for the removal of a section of existing boundary palisade fencing (c.2.4m in height) along the Midleton Distillery’s western boundary and the installation of new replacement boundary palisade fencing (c.3m in height) and all associated site development works. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies and is for the purposes of activity requiring an Integrated Pollution Control Licence [Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) Licence].
