Permission sought for change of use of an existing health centre for use as a dwelling house, for alterations and additions to same, including the raising of roof to provide a first floor and attic space. Permission is also sought to revise the Site boundaries to the development permitted under Pl Reg No; 04/8950 in order to increase the curtilage area around the proposed dwelling and for all associated site works.
