Planning permission is sought for the proposed development will consist of : (i) demolition of ground floor bay window to rear of existing dwelling; (ii) construction of a single storey flat roof ground floor extension to rear; (iii) construction of a new attic level flat roof dormer to rear; (iv) new roof lights to the front and rear at attic level; (v) widening of existing vehicular entrance off Nutley Park; (vi) alterations to all elevations, associated landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate development.
