Full Planning Permission for 1) the construction of proposed community building which will incorporate the following: player and referee changing rooms and shower/toilet facilities, public toilets, community hall, community café/shop, storage, meeting room, gym/fitness room, childcare room and circulation, along with coffee/pizza pod, new astroturf playing field adjacent to main pitch, terraced spectator stand, full pitch floodlighting, sensory room and garden, playground, outdoor gym, bicycle parking, additional carparking and upgrading of existing carparking, new wastewater treatment system, walking path, ball wall, electronic scoreboard and signage (proposed club marketing board), 2) Permission for the demolition of existing clubhouse together with all other ancillary site works.
