Permission for the replacement of 2 no. existing oil fired boilers with 2 no. modern gas fired units through (a) construction of a new boiler house, (b) installation of 2 no. new steam boilers and associated flues, (c) installation of a new 25 tonne gas storage tank, (d) decommissioning and removal of redundant boilers on commissioning of newly installed units and (e) all associated site development works. The application relates to a facility which is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency under an Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence.
